Selling a new model machine to a client sight unseen is always a difficult but pleasurable achievement, but when the client is very happy with the first and promptly purchases a second machine it really shows that the quality and performance is exceptional.

Two New Rotoflex HSI Inspection Rewinders for AC Labels. More Updates ...

This is what happened recently at AC Labels in Sydney, who placed an order for a new Rotoflex HSI inspection rewinder with Die Cutting. The HSI is a new model with a horizontal web path as apposed to the more traditional vertical web path that is favored by most clients worldwide. Rotoflex developed the HSI series in response to some clients who were used to the horizontal web path but preferred the technology and reliability of Rotoflex.

AC Labels second HSI was ordered soon after, this time as a conventional inspection rewinder without die cutting with both machines now running very successfully side by side in their Sydney plant.

AC Labels Directors Frank Gavrilos and Ken Scorah both commented that both new machines have shown dramatic productivity increases compared to their older style inspection machines, plus having the ability to die cut plain labels offline frees up one of their Mark Andy presses.
