	Since its global launch in partnership with Hewlett-Packard at Labelexpo Americas 2006, the Vericut 2 digital finishing solution from Rotoflex has been in increasingly high demand. Based on the success of the original Vericut series over the past several years, this next generation incorporates higher technical performance objectives for the digital market.

When the HP Indigo and Vericut are combined, a streamlined label production facility is formed, capable of meeting short-run, on demand requirements for all segments of the label market. One of the main features of the Vericut 2 is the die cutting accuracy, covering partial repeats as well as full rotary applications. It comes with a 19" magnetic cylinder which allows the operator to use existing flexible tooling.

A stand out feature is the electronically synchronized automation system which offers unified seamless automation from a friendly machine interface. This advanced technology enables the operator to customize each shaft to a specific application providing superior tension control on various substrates from paper to film. Additionally, the parameters of each job can be saved for future runs, reducing both waste and set-up time.

The Vericut solution is completely modular with expanding capabilities providing new opportunities and continued growth.
